Sailor Moon “Talk box moon” The anime of the moment… Well, for me…

I’m always getting new obsessions about things that I like: fashion styles, books, movies and in this case an anime. Usually I discover things that I like, soooo much latter than the time they are in vouge. Right now my new obsession is Sailor Moon. See? So late, hehe. I just knew, that this was one of the most famous anime, and so many people like it. So, I decided to give it a try. Since the first episode it caught me. It is completely the combination of genders I love: slice of life, comedy, romance and of course magic. And I identify with Serena so much. I think we tend to like characters and stories we feel identified with. Don’t you think so? And I just got this vol.1 dvd. It is an special edition for México and Latin America because of Sailor Moon 20th anniversary. It’s called “Talk Box Moon”, because you push a button and Serena talks. And it’s a really cool metallic box which I really love. I can’t wait for volume 2, which gonna be released on june 2012.

No creen?

How to be Creative?

I’m gonna write this from my heart and own experience. What has worked for me in order to develop my creative skills. I used to think I wasn’t so creative. Now I know the reason I thought like this. It was because I hadn’t found myself. You have to discover who you truly are in order to create. This is because what you creates will reflect your personality, your values and your interests. I think it could be the opposite way too, you can keep creating and you will find who you truly are, through your creations. In my case was the first option, which I think is the best. Discover yourself first. And how you can discover who you truly are? It is not easy, it takes bravery the most of the time, and like almost everything in life it’s a process that always has to be improved.

In my case what has worked to me is: Reading self improvement books, being with people I truly enjoy being with, accepting who I truly am, what I believe in, and lots of silence and solitude. You need to find and accept what goes with your true personality in order to be yourself. You need to learn to ignore the outside noise and listen to yourself. I think that’s why creators and artists are considered as eccentric sometimes. Because they have found themselves and ignored the outside world and social parameters. I think that is worthy of admiration.

There are a lot of ways to create. You need to discover what truly full fill you. Just to name some ideas that will place you in the creative state of mind:

Mori Girl Interiors Japanese Magazine Scans

Mori Girl is a Japanese Fashion Style I discovered recently. Mori means forest in Japanese.
A soon as I discovered this style I felt very identified with it. And I think it is a combination of the 3 styles I love more: Boho/Natural, Kawaii/Cute & Rommantic/Vintage. And I love not only the style but the philosophy too. A Mori Girl is sustainably, natural, creative and so much more. If you‘d like to know more about Mori Girl fashion style and you like to know if you are a Mori Girl read this.
Now, the funniest part of this post. I wanted to share with you some of the pages of a magazine I bought recently. The name of this magazine is: Mori Girl Interiors. The pages I scanned show Mori Girl stuff from A to Z. I think it is very cute and fun. Enjoy.

Don’t you love the style?
Apoco no te encanta?
